Working Principle
The OsmoTECH® XT uses freezing point osmometry to determine the osmolality of a sample. When a solution is cooled below its freezing point, the freezing point depression is related to the concentration of dissolved particles in the solution. The instrument measures this freezing point depression and converts it into an osmolality value, providing a reliable measurement for laboratory analysis and quality-control applications.
